Regulation Monitor offers the following subscription plans:
Free tier: You may sign up for a free account with no credit card required. Free accounts can view deadlines on the dashboard. Paid plans (Basic and Pro) add email alerts, fine details, and additional features.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All fees are in USD.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us at [email protected].
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service through the end of the paid period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time in a billing period. Free accounts may stop using the Service at any time.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) all applicable regulatory deadlines will be captured or accurately represented; or (c) the information provided is complete, current, or legally sufficient for your compliance needs. You assume all risk for your use of and reliance on the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REGULATION MONITOR AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, FINES, PENALTIES, OR REGULATORY SANCTIONS ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users or to the Service. In such cases, fees paid for the current billing period are non-refundable.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Illinois.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by email or by posting on our website at least 7 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
